Falklands Radio (FIRS) is the local radio station serving all people living in the Falklands. You can hear us on both FM (various frequencies depending on location) and 530 Medium Wave across the Islands. We currently broadcast our own programming for 73 hours a week – when we are not broadcasting you can hear either BFBS Radio 1 or the BBC World Service. Our output combines local music shows with news programmes and interview features.
