Chamber members are entitled to significantly reduced rates for social or business functions.

We invite guest speakers to address members on their particular area of expertise. The bar opens for these presentations, so members can enjoy a drink and listen to the speaker in an informal atmosphere. The Chamber tries to get as much variety as possible to reflect the diversity of our members' interests. The Chamber holds the agency for the DHL Worldwide Express Courier Service. The service is weekly to and from the Falkland Islands and virtually anywhere in the world. If you have not used DHL and you would like to know more about it, just call the Chamber Office and we will explain how the service works.

The Chamber has been proactive in strengthening relations between Stanley and the military base at Mount Pleasant, and between the business community and the Falkland Islands Government.

Through the Chamber, you can access the Internet to track down important business information. It could be for a supplier of jeans or the manufacture of penguin moulds - we've had all sorts of requests since the service started.

We have meeting room facilities with conference-style furniture, multimedia data projector and other equipment, to enable us to cater for the increased demand for training sessions, business meetings, social functions, and other uses.
